Banner Engineering R50 Zero Pressure Accumulation Control Modules

Banner Engineering R50 Zero-Pressure Accumulation Control Modules are designed for conveyor zone control and feature two modes of operation. Zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) mode enables uniform product spacing. Slug release mode enables a continuous stream of products. Banner R50 Zero-Pressure Accumulation Control Modules work with any 24VDC-powered conveyor zones, including gear motors, motor rollers, and air clutches, allowing the modules to be used in a range of industries. The dual-mode design flexibility of the R50 allows users to choose between optimizing control for precise product spacing or achieving maximum speeds in conveyor operation. The operating mode is determined by applying a signal to Pin 4 for ZPA or Pin 2 for slug release.
