Würth Elektronik WE-TVS High-Speed, High-Performance TVS Diodes are designed to protect high-speed data lines such as USB 2.0, DVI, or LAN from overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT) and lightning strikes (surge) with a small capacitance. These robust diodes feature a low clamping voltage, low capacitance, a flow-through design for a simple layout, and rail-to-rail protection. This series is available in unidirectional and bidirectional components. Würth Elektronik WE-TVS diodes exceed the requirements outlined in IEC 61000-4-2.
